Meet Dr. Denny
Dr. Denny is from Rochester, New York where she grew up before pursuing veterinary medicine. She graduated from Nazareth College (class of 2016) with a B.S. in Biology, and continued with a M.S. in Biology from SUNY Brockport (class of 2019). She graduated with her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. Her pre-clinical semesters were spent on the island of Saint Kitts and Nevis up until 2023 where she spent her clinical year at UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. She and her spouse loved Madison so much they decided to stay!
Her primary interest is with clinical pathology (reading slides, lab work, understanding biopsies) and how that is useful in oncology, internal medicine, and other specialties. Her hope is to bring these skills and this interest to general practices to help families and furbabies navigate! Dr. Denny has also been certified in utilizing Fear Free methods of quality care since 2015 and achieved her Level 3 certification with Fear Free LLC. in 2024.
Dr. Denny has two dogs already across the Ranbow Bridge (Molly and Max) and she still loves to talk about them and their stories! In her free time, Dr. Denny likes to play Dungeons and Dragons, be a nerd, bake, see movies, read books, and spend quality time with her friends and family, exploring Madison and the rest of Wisconsin!
